A B Fitness Center

You can find A B Fitness Center over in the Sarvari Complex on 100 Feet Road. We actually take up quite a few units, from F 109 all the way through 112 B, because we needed the space for the weights and machines. It’s right across from Cape Town, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re driving by. The gym isn't one of those fancy places where everyone is wearing designer gear. It’s a bit loud with the music and the sound of iron hitting the floor, and it definitely smells like a gym. We have the usual equipment like treadmills and racks, and things get a bit crowded during the evening rush. We spend a lot of time wiping down the benches and making sure the plates are put back where they belong, though not everyone listens. It’s a practical place for people who just want to sweat for an hour after work. The lights are bright, the fans are always on, and we keep the doors open when it gets too stuffy. We aren't here to promise anyone they'll look like a movie star. We just provide the gear and a place to use it.
