You can find us in Anakapalli, specifically in the Gavarapalem area. Our office is located at H. No 16-4-16 on Konathla Durgu Naidu Street. It’s a local neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other. Being in Visakhapatnam district, we deal with a lot of different construction sites across the region. The street we are on can be a bit tight for larger vehicles, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent out on the field looking at foundations or checking on the masonry. We don’t really go for the corporate style of doing things. We prefer to just talk to the workers and the owners directly. Anakapalli is famous for its jaggery market, but for us, it’s all about cement and iron rods. The humidity here can be really tough on the laborers, so we try to keep an eye on them. We have a few desks in the office for the planning side of things, but we aren't there as much as we are on-site. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk about the next phase of the build. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We’ve been at this for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit with all the new houses going up. It’s just a normal local business trying to do things the right way. Usually, we are open until late evening if there is a lot of work.
