Surya Associates

Surya Associates is located on Marripalem Main Road in Parvathi Nagar. We aren't a big company with many branches. It is just me and a couple of guys who help with the site visits. We have seen Parvathi Nagar grow from almost nothing to a busy residential hub. Most of our work involves selling plots and helping people with small construction projects. People in Vizag like to have their own piece of land, so we spend a lot of time checking survey numbers and land records. Our office is a simple place where you can sit down and talk about what you need without any pressure. We don't use much marketing; we just put a board out front and wait for people to drop by. We know the local climate and which areas are better for building. Sometimes we help with the bank loan papers too, as it can get confusing for first-time buyers. We aren't looking to become the biggest agency in town. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. We’ve had the same phone number for years, so people know where to find us. It’s a steady business built on knowing the neighbors and the local land. We take things one day at a time and try to be as helpful as possible for anyone looking to settle down in this part of the city.
