Srinivasa Real Estate

Our place is at 5-9-85, right on Beach Road near NTR Marg in Sagar Nagar. You can smell the salt in the air most days, which is one of the nice things about being located here. Srinivasa Real Estate isn't a massive corporate office with dozens of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things moving. The building is easy to find if you’re driving along the coast. We’ve got some old wooden furniture that we’ve had since the beginning. On the weekends, the area gets really crowded with people visiting the beach, so we usually try to get our main work done during the weekdays. It’s a simple life here. We open the shutters early, sweep the front, and wait for the day to start. There’s a lot of talk about the weather and the tides before we actually get into the business stuff. We don’t have a website that’s updated every hour or anything like that. Most people just give us a call or drop by when they’re in the area. The walls have some faded photos of the local area from years ago. It’s a bit dusty because of the wind off the sea, but it feels like home to us. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized with our folders and notebooks.
