Most people living around Bachupally Village know exactly where we are located. Dr Reddy'S Laboratieies Ltd. has been sitting here in the Qutubullapur Mandal area for a long time. It is a big spot, and there are always people coming and going for their different shifts throughout the day and night. We are out in Rr Dist, which used to be a lot quieter than it is these days. Inside the gates, there is a lot of equipment and various labs, but at the end of the day, it is just a bunch of us working together to get things made. It is not always an easy job, and the rules are very strict about how things have to be done, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We do not spend much time talking about big goals or anything like that. We just come in, do the work assigned to us, and then head home to our families. The village has really grown up around us over the years. You see the same faces at the tea stalls nearby during the afternoon breaks. Sometimes the weather gets really hot out here, but the facility stays busy regardless of the season. It is a large operation, but we try to keep things down to earth. Everyone just sticks to their tasks and we focus on the manufacturing.
