Our place, Alderman Sheikhjee, is situated in Chamni, over in the Vandariya area. It's out in Paschim Chamni, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big cities. We deal with whatever comes our way here. The building is old but it works for what we need. People from the surrounding villages usually know the way to us. It’s not the kind of place you’d find if you weren't looking for it. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot. I spend my days sitting near the front, waiting for folks to stop by. Sometimes it’s quiet for hours, and then three people show up at once. That’s just the way it goes in Vandariya. We’ve lived here for a long time, so we know most of the faces. It’s a simple life. We handle the paperwork and the goods without much fuss. If someone needs something, they know where to find us in Paschim Chamni. The roads can be a bit rough after the rain, but people still make it out. It’s a small operation, really just a few of us making sure things get done. We don't put on any acts. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor is a bit uneven in the back corner. In Vandariya, things move at a slower pace and we like it that way. Just a local business in a small corner.
