Over at Y.S Steel Corporation, we’re located on Shah Sikander Road, right where it meets Tanda Road. It’s a central enough spot for moving large quantities of steel. The business has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen the roads around us get busier every year. We handle a lot of industrial steel, so the yard is usually full of trucks coming in or leaving. It’s not a quiet place. There’s always the sound of metal hitting metal or cranes moving things around. We keep our office pretty simple because most of the real work happens outside or in the warehouse area. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just focus on getting the steel out to the sites where it’s needed. Tanda Road is a major route, so we get a lot of transport passing by. It makes logistics a bit easier for us. The guys working here have been with us for a while and they know the inventory better than anyone else on the street. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. If we have the steel, we’ll sell it to you. If we don’t, we’ll tell you when it’s coming. That’s the way we’ve always done it and it seems to work fine for everyone involved. We just open up in the morning and get to work until the sun goes down. It’s a steady routine that keeps the business running.
