Witlock India Impex is located in Nal Ni Basti, right here in Amroha. It’s a local business through and through, run by the family of Ameer Hasan Khan. We deal with import and export, mostly handling goods that are common in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Being in Jyotiba Phule Nagar gives us a lot of chances to work with local producers. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and get the work done. We handle the logistics and the customs side of trade, which can be a real headache sometimes. There’s always some new rule or a delay at the port that we have to deal with. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of fancy consultants. It’s just us, using what we’ve learned over the years to keep things running. Amroha is a place where people know each other, so we try to be fair and honest in everything we do. If a deal isn't good for someone, we usually don't take it. We like the fact that we can help bring products from our town to other places. It keeps the local economy moving and helps out the people we know. Some days are slow and others are completely chaotic, but that’s just how the impex business goes. We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts, working out of our local neighborhood and keeping things simple for everyone.
