Norex Flavours Pvt. Ltd. is situated out on Gajroula Chandpur Road in J. P. Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but we like the space we have. Since we work with flavors, the air around the place usually smells like something interesting, though it depends on what we are making that day. We have a factory setup here with quite a few people working on the floor. It’s not a quiet environment. There’s always the sound of machines and people moving crates around. We’ve been in J. P. Nagar for a long time. The road outside can be quite bumpy, and when the trucks come in, it gets a bit chaotic. We have a small office area tucked away from the main production floor where we handle the business side of things. It’s mostly just people in lab coats or work clothes moving back and forth. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We are more focused on the actual production and making sure the batches come out right. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a real headache, but we have backups to keep things moving. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we meet the orders that come in from the Gajroula area and beyond.
