Jaivikjyoti Private Limited

We are located at Jyoti Palace, which is right near the railway station in Gajraula. Being so close to the station means we hear the trains coming and going all day long. It’s a constant reminder of how connected we are to the rest of the Amroha district. Jaivikjyoti Private Limited is run from this spot in Teh Dhanura. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it, which we actually like. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel buildings you see in the city. We have a lot of walk-ins because of our location, so we spend a lot of time talking to people from the town. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We focus on the organic side of things, but mostly our day is about the local community and making sure our business fits in well here. The staff is mostly local, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't much hierarchy at Jaivikjyoti; we just all pitch in to get the work done. If a train is late or there's a big crowd at the station, we notice it. It’s just part of the atmosphere of working at Jyoti Palace. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just say we are a private limited company trying to do good work in Gajraula. It’s a busy life but it’s ours, and we are happy with how things are going right now. We stay focused on what matters and keep moving forward daily.
