Cadd Institute Education Foundation

Our office is out in Basailee village, which is part of the Gajraula area. We are using a space provided by Sri Islam, so that is how people usually find us. It is quite a distance from the main city, tucked away in the Dhanaura tehsil. Most of us here are locals or come from nearby towns. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical spot where we can focus on our work with the foundation. We spend a lot of time dealing with technical education topics, mainly focused on things like CAD and drafting. It is quiet out here compared to the big cities, which we mostly like. Sometimes the internet is slow or the roads get muddy when it rains, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of people trying to provide some useful skills to the youth around this area. We have a few computers and some desks set up in the main room. People come by from the village and nearby places to ask about what we do. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting. We just open the door in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It feels good to have something like this running in a place like Basailee where there aren't many other offices like it for several miles around the countryside.
