Our office is located in the Nanak Building on the first floor. We are right in the middle of Amritsar, near Novelty Chowk. This is a very famous part of the city, so there is always something happening outside the windows. The traffic at the chowk can get quite loud during the rush hours, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been here at 143001 for a long time. It’s a bit of an old building, but it has a lot of character and history. We handle travel and group bookings from our small space upstairs. It’s not a polished corporate office with people in uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for the weather and focus on the tasks for the day. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty, and the hallway could use more light, but the office itself is where the work happens. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location near the chowk. People are always coming and going in Amritsar. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone’s paperwork is in order before they leave. We don't believe in using big words to sound professional. We are just local people working in a well-known building. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
