The Homeopathic Clinic

The Homeopathic Clinic is situated in Shop No. 19-B on the first floor of the Main Market. Being upstairs means you have to walk up a flight of concrete steps to get to us. The market below is always noisy with people shouting and horns honking, but it gets a little quieter once you step inside our door. The clinic is just one main room divided into a few smaller sections. We have a desk near the window and some shelves full of small bottles and books. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, though it’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be careful about where we put things. There is a small bench for people to sit on while they wait their turn. We spend our days listening to people and checking through our inventory. It’s a very straightforward way to work. We’ve been part of this market for a long time and we know most of the other shop owners nearby. The light in the afternoon comes through the front window and hits the desk just right. It’s an old-fashioned kind of place without any modern gadgets or flashy signs. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day like everyone else in the market.
