The Corporate Hospital

Our hospital sits right on Batala Road, not far from the Mustafabad Gate. It’s a busy road, so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic outside. Inside, it’s a lot more focused. We’ve got several wards and a lot of rooms to keep track of. It’s a big building, and sometimes the layout feels a bit like a maze to new people. We try our best to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit chaotic. The staff has been here for years, so we all know how the old plumbing works and which doors stick when it rains. It’s a local place. We see a lot of people from the nearby villages and the outskirts of the city. We don't really go for the high-end luxury look. It’s a hospital, so it looks like one. There are benches for families to sit on and a small tea stall just outside the main gate. The night shifts are usually the hardest, but we stay through them. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the computers are a bit slow. But we get through the day one patient at a time. It’s just the daily routine for us here on Batala Road. Sometimes the power goes out, and the generator kicks in with a big roar. We're used to it. It's just part of life here.
