To find us, you have to go above Parm Motors. We are near the Satguru Gas Pump, which is the easiest landmark to give people when they are lost. It’s a busy road with cars always pulling in and out of the pump. Our office is up the stairs, and it gets a bit of that engine noise from below. We spend our days looking at screens, trying to find flights or trains that aren't fully booked. It can be quite stressful when someone’s trip goes wrong and we have to fix it quickly. We have maps pinned to the walls and a few old travel posters that have started to fade. The phone rings a lot, usually with the same questions about prices and dates. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us at our desks with our tea mugs. We try to be helpful to the people who walk in from the street, even if they are just asking for directions. The space is a little cluttered with brochures and ticket printouts. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to the customers waiting. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the guys at Parm Motors are good neighbors. It’s just a regular travel office where we do our best to get people where they need to go without too much trouble or fuss.
