Pottli Store

Over here at Akali Colony, things stay pretty busy throughout the week. Pottli Store is located right at L2/965 in Gurnam Nagar, which is just off Sultanwind Road. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different turns and small lanes. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, just running our daily errands and keeping the shelves stocked. It’s a small shop, nothing too flashy, but we like the spot we have. Most of the people who come in are just neighbors from around Sultanwind Road who need a few things on their way home. I spend a lot of time just organizing the items and making sure everything is where it should be. The sign outside has seen better days, and sometimes the light flickers a bit in the back room, but we don't mind. It feels like home to us. We’ve got a routine down where we open early and stay until the street gets quiet at night. There’s always someone stopping by to ask for directions or just to say hello. It gets a little crowded when we get a delivery, but we manage to fit everything in eventually. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we do. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it keeps us occupied for the most part of the day.
