Sardar Pagri House

Sardar Pagri House is right in the heart of Hall Bazaar. If you know the bazaar, you know it’s a maze of shops and people and smells. We’ve been here for a long time, selling pagris to anyone who needs one. It’s a small shop, packed from floor to ceiling with different fabrics and colors. There isn't much room to move around once a few customers come in. We spend our days folding cloth and talking to folks who come by. Hall Bazaar is a legendary place, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. It gets very crowded on the weekends. You can hear the vendors calling out and the motorbikes trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are. The shop has a certain smell of old fabric and incense. It’s not fancy. The floor is a bit worn down from all the feet walking over it. We take pride in the turbans we have, but we don't make a big deal out of it. It’s just what we do. If you’re walking through Hall Bazaar, you’ll find us easily. We’re usually sitting there among the stacks of cloth, waiting for the next person to walk through the door.
