Sond Associates (Engg) Pvt. L Td. is located at 44/8-A on the Get. Road. We are near the post office for the Golden Temple area, which makes it easy for people to find the general vicinity, even if the road itself is always packed with vehicles. Being an engineering firm, our space is filled with a lot of technical drawings, old files, and bits of equipment. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it has everything we need to function. The building is older, and you can hear the traffic outside all day long. Sometimes the horns are so loud we have to close the windows, even when it’s hot. We’ve been around for quite a while, so the walls have seen a lot of projects come and go. There are usually three or four of us in the main office area, huddled over desks. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk to each other like normal people and try to solve whatever engineering problems come our way. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; we just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with stacks of blueprints everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work every day on Get. Road near the temple.
