Our spot is right near the Valmik Mandir in the Golden Cloth Market area of Amritsar. It's quite close to Sultanwind Chowk, which is always busy with people and traffic. Singh Entertainers is just us providing music and performance for local celebrations. We’ve been doing this for a long time in this city. You might see our trucks or our guys carrying instruments through the market streets on a busy Saturday. It's a loud business, but that's how we like it. We have different groups of performers who know the traditional songs and the new hits too. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning; it’s more of a place where we store our gear and meet up before a show. Sometimes we are out late at night at a wedding, and then back at it the next morning. Amritsar is a place that loves its celebrations, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. We aren't trying to be world-famous, just the people you call when you want some good energy at your party. The market around us is always full of life, and we feel like a part of that community. We handle our own bookings and talk directly to the families. It’s a simple way of working. We’ve seen all kinds of crowds, from the very quiet ones to the ones that dance until four in the morning. It's always a new experience for us every time we perform.
