Singh Deepinder Architect

My office is at 31, Sandhya Enclave on Majitha Road. I’ve been working as Singh Deepinder Architect from this spot for quite some time. It is a quiet area mostly, which helps when I need to focus on drawing up house plans or figuring out where a staircase should go. I don't have a huge staff or anything, just me and a couple of helpers sometimes. People usually call before they come over, but I don't mind walk-ins if I'm not stuck on a phone call. The desk is usually covered in papers and pens, and there is a window that looks out onto the street. I spend a lot of time visiting sites, but the real work happens here on the drawing board. It’s not a corporate setup with a receptionist or fancy chairs. It’s just a workspace. I take on all sorts of small jobs, like extensions or just checking if a foundation is solid. Majitha Road can get a bit loud during the day, but inside the enclave, it stays pretty calm. I’ve lived around here long enough to know how the local ground is and what works for the climate. It’s a straightforward life. I draw, I visit sites, and I try to keep the clients from getting too stressed out about their construction. It’s just me doing my job as an architect. Sometimes I stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that is part of the work.
