My office is at A-23 in Ranjit Avenue. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty well-known part of town. I’ve been working from here for a good while. It’s a decent-sized space, but it’s always filled with rolls of paper and various models I’m working on. I don’t believe in having a sterile, perfect office. It looks like a place where work actually happens. There are pencil marks on the walls and stacks of books everywhere. I spend most of my time trying to figure out how to make a building stand up and look alright at the same time. It’s a lot of math and a lot of drawing. I don't have a big marketing team. I just answer my own emails and talk to people directly. Sometimes I spend all day on a single site plan, and by the end, my eyes are tired. Ranjit Avenue is a nice place to walk around when I need a break. I’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around here over the years. Some are good, some are not. I just try to do my bit at A-23. It’s a straightforward job. I take a set of ideas and try to put them on paper so someone can build them. I don't use fancy words to describe my style. I just draw what needs to be drawn and hope for the best.
