Shir Guru Angad Dev Mission Hospital

We are located in Khadoor Shahib at the Shir Guru Angad Dev Mission Hospital. This place has been here for a long time and it’s a big part of the local area. Khadoor Shahib is a quiet place compared to the big cities, but the hospital stays busy enough. We see people coming in from all the nearby villages. Some walk and some come on tractors or buses. The building itself has seen many years go by. It isn't a modern glass tower, just a sturdy place made for doing work. We have a lot of rooms and hallways that keep us moving all day long. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other and the families who come in. It’s a mission hospital, so things are run a bit differently than a private clinic in a city. We deal with whatever comes through the gate. Sometimes the power goes out or the water is slow, but we just make do with what we have at the moment. There is a lot of space around the building, which is nice when it gets crowded. You can hear the sounds of the town from the windows. We’ve been here through many seasons, the hot Punjab summers and the cold winters. It’s just our daily life here in Khadoor Shahib, keeping the place running for whoever needs to stop by for help. We don't have fancy stuff, just the basics to keep things going every day for everyone.
