Our office is at 2230/1, Sawera Complex in Amritsar. It's tucked away in Katra Baghian, right behind the R S Tower. Sawera Travels Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for quite a bit now. Amritsar is always crowded, especially around our area, so there’s a lot of noise and energy outside. Inside the complex, we just focus on the work at hand. We handle travel bookings and help people figure out their journeys. It’s not a big, shiny place, just a workspace with desks and computers. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there’s a rush for tickets. We don't go in for fancy slogans. If someone walks in, we talk to them plainly about what they need. Katra Baghian is a busy part of town, so we get a lot of foot traffic. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of running a travel business. It's about getting the details right and making sure nobody gets stuck. We drink a lot of chai and keep the files moving. It is a local operation through and through. Nothing too complicated, just us helping people get where they need to go from our little corner behind the tower. We’ve had the same neighbors for years and it feels like a community here. We just do our bit to help.
