Sarvvayapi Nidhi Limited

Our office is at House 102-A in Anand Avenue, which is near Rattan Singh Chowk in Amritsar. It’s not far from the G.P.O. area. If you’re familiar with Amritsar, you know this part of town gets a lot of visitors. Sarvvayapi Nidhi Limited is tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more like a home than a bank. We like that. It makes the people who come in feel more comfortable, we think. We handle the savings and small loans that the neighborhood needs. It’s 143001, right in the heart of things. The office isn't very big, but it has everything we need to keep the accounts in order. We spend our mornings checking the books and our afternoons talking to members. Sometimes we have to explain the rules a couple of times, but that's just part of the job. It’s a local operation, so we don't have all the shiny gadgets that big city firms use. We rely on people knowing us and trusting us. Anand Avenue is a nice place to work. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the market every day. We’ve become a small part of that daily routine for some of them. It’s steady work and we’re glad to be doing it here in Amritsar. The tea is always hot and we try to keep the paperwork moving as fast as we can.
