Sant Jaswant Singh Hospital

Our hospital is at 17/5 Kennedy Avenue, right near the Atul Diagnostic Center. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so most people don't have a hard time finding the building. We’ve got a fairly standard setup here. There is a small parking area out front that fills up by nine in the morning. Inside, the corridors are lined with benches for people waiting for their appointments. It’s not a fancy place with modern art on the walls or anything like that. We just have the necessary medical equipment and a lot of filing cabinets for all the patient records. The staff spends their shifts checking people in and making sure the doctors have what they need in the exam rooms. We see folks from all walks of life coming in through the front doors. Some days it is very quiet, and you can hear the clock ticking in the hallway, but other days it is a bit chaotic with too many people in the waiting area. We don't bother with big mission statements or polished advertisements. We just focus on the task at hand. Being so close to the diagnostic center is helpful for everyone involved. We’ve been on Kennedy Avenue for quite a long time, and the building has seen a lot of history. It’s just a solid, local hospital where we show up and do our best every day. There is always something to do and we just keep at it.
