Sandeep Dua Architect

Sandeep Dua Architect is located at Plot Number 4 on Street Number 2 in Vijay Nagar, just off Batala Road. It’s a pretty quiet street compared to the main road, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on a complicated floor plan. I’ve been working out of this area for quite some time, so I’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. My office is a straightforward setup. I don’t believe in having a lot of unnecessary stuff around. It’s mostly just my drafting table, some computers, and a lot of folders full of old projects. People around Batala Road know me as the person they can come to when they have a question about a renovation or a new plot of land. I spend a lot of my time driving between the office and various sites around the city. It can be exhausting, especially in the heat, but it’s the only way to make sure things are being built the right way. I don't really have a big marketing strategy. Most people just find me by word of mouth or by seeing one of my signs at a construction site. I try to keep my English simple and my advice even simpler. Architecture is mostly about solving problems and making sure a building doesn’t leak when it rains. I just focus on those basic things and try to be as helpful as I can to the people who walk through my door.
