Sain Das Ravi Mohan

We are tucked away in Shop No. 1 over in Gali Attar Singh, which is right in the heart of Majith Mandi. If you know the Mandi, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps and there is always someone hauling bags or shouting about prices. Sain Das Ravi Mohan has been a part of this noise for quite some time now. Our shop is small, but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with the daily hustle of the Mandi means you have to be quick and you have to know your regulars. We spend our mornings opening up early when the air is still a bit cool and the tea stalls are just starting their stoves. It's a lot of manual work, moving stock around and making sure everything is counted right. The walls of the shop have seen a lot of faces over the years. We don't bother with fancy decorations because they would just get covered in dust from the street anyway. It is the kind of place where a handshake still means something and we try to treat everyone who walks through the door the same way. It gets loud and sometimes a bit chaotic with the narrow lanes, but that is just how Majith Mandi works. We wouldn’t really know what to do with ourselves in a quiet office.
