Sahgal Vaneet Architect

Our office is located at 66 Kennedy Avenue. We go by Sahgal Vaneet Architect and we’ve been operating from this address for quite a few years now. It’s a quiet enough street which is nice when you need to focus on detailed drawings. We aren't a big firm with a receptionist and a waiting room. Usually you just walk in and one of us will be there at a drawing board or on the computer. We handle all kinds of architectural work for local houses and some commercial spots too. It’s mostly about listening to what someone wants and trying to put that on paper in a way that actually works for a builder. We have a lot of samples of tiles and wood lying around because we like to see how things feel before we put them in a plan. Sometimes we get stuck on a design for days until the right idea finally clicks. It isn't always a fast process but it’s better to take the time to get it right. Kennedy Avenue is a good location for us because it’s central enough but not too noisy. We’ve done work for a lot of people in this neighborhood and further out too. If you are thinking of building something or just need some advice on a renovation you can come by sixty-six. We are usually here during the day working through our latest stack of projects.
