S S Bhatti & Associates is tucked away in Green Avenue at House No 393. It’s actually a pretty nice part of Amritsar to work in because it’s a bit greener and quieter than the main roads. We are located right at the back side of the Bikaner Sweets shop, which is a handy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Our office is more like a workspace than a formal business center. We have been here for a long time, and the building itself feels like home to us now. There are always associates coming in and out, carrying rolls of plans or talking about site measurements. We don’t really do the whole polished sales talk thing. If someone comes in, we just tell them what we can do and how long it might take. The desks are covered in pens, calculators, and old site photos. Amritsar has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that local rhythm. Some days are slow and we just chat about the news, while other days are a total rush to finish a drawing before the sun goes down. We enjoy the community here in Green Avenue. It’s a solid place to be, and we just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. It’s honest work and we’re happy with that. We plan to stay here for many more years because it's a good neighborhood.
