Rattan Singh Architect

I work out of my house, specifically House No. 4408 over in 7-Kot Baba Deep Singh. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good for when I need to concentrate on a tricky floor plan. Rattan Singh Architect isn't a big firm with secretaries and fancy waiting rooms. It's just me and a couple of helpers when things get really busy. I’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so I know the streets and the types of houses people like here. My desk is usually covered in measuring tapes and old sketches. I don't use much of that fancy software if a hand drawing will do the trick faster. There is something about putting a pencil to paper that just works better for me. People around Kot Baba Deep Singh know where to find me if they’re thinking of adding a floor or building something new from the ground up. I don't promise anything I can't deliver. I just look at the space, listen to what they need, and tell them what’s possible. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it has worked for me for a long time. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just part of being a local business. I like being part of the community here and seeing the buildings I helped design actually getting used by real families.
