Randhawa Tour & Travels is located right at the taxi stand at Main Chowk. This is a very central spot in Amritsar, so there is never a quiet moment. We see all kinds of people every day, from locals going to work to visitors who are seeing the city for the first time. Being at the Main Chowk means we have to be on our toes because traffic moves fast and people are always in a hurry. We keep our office right there so it is easy for anyone to find us. We have been operating from this stand for quite a while now. Our drivers are used to the heat and the dust and the constant noise of the junction. They know all the routes around the city and the best ways to avoid the worst of the jams. It is a very practical business. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. When a customer comes to the stand, we get them into a car and on their way as soon as possible. We have different types of vehicles available depending on who is asking. Some need air conditioning for a long drive, while others just want a quick ride to the next neighborhood. We don't do much advertising; most people just see us at the chowk and come over. It has been working fine for us all these years. We just focus on getting the job done right every day.
