Quest Pharmaceuticals

Quest Pharmaceuticals is based in the A Block Market of Ranjit Ave, specifically at S.C.F. 15. If you know Amritsar, you know Ranjit Ave is a pretty active spot with a lot of different businesses. Being in the market area means there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve got a ground floor and a bit of space above where we keep the records. It’s a standard market shop converted into an office and storage space for our pharmaceutical products. It’s not very big, so we have to be quite careful about how we stack the boxes to make sure there’s still room for us to sit and work. We don’t really do any fancy retail, it’s mostly just handling orders for hospitals and bigger chemists. The market gets very crowded in the evenings, so we try to get most of our loading and unloading done early in the morning. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool enough. We’re a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the expiry dates on the stock. We’ve been here long enough that all the other shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s a straightforward, busy life in a typical local market setting, and we just keep things moving.
