We're at Sco- 8, right across from Bimla Market. It’s a busy spot because of the market, so there’s always people walking around and noise from the street. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The name on the door says Devoted Healthcare India Ltd., but we usually just call it the office. We deal with various healthcare products. Boxes come in, boxes go out. It’s a lot of logistical stuff. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, something we always tell people when they visit the first time. Inside, it’s mostly desks and stacks of papers. We try to keep it organized, but when a big shipment arrives, things get a bit cluttered for a day or two. The staff here is mostly local folks. We eat lunch together sometimes when it's not too hectic. Bimla Market across the way is handy for grabbing a quick snack or supplies. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just know how things need to be done. It’s a practical environment. No one is trying to impress anyone here. We just want to make sure the orders are filled and the clients are okay. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation. Some days are longer than others, especially at the end of the month. We keep a fan going because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Sometimes the delivery driver forgets the clipboard, so we have to go chasing after them.
