Puri Atul Architect

Our workspace is at 5.D.S.Road, right on the back side of Nayyar Hospital. Being so close to the hospital means there are always people walking by and the sound of ambulances is quite common throughout the day. Puri Atul Architect has been in this location for a good while. The office is tucked away, so you have to look for the small door near the back entrance of the hospital grounds. Inside, it is mostly just shelves filled with files and a few large tables for laying out drawings. We have a small window that looks out onto the alley, which doesn't give much light, so we keep the overhead lamps on all day. It is a bit cramped when more than three people are in here at once. We usually have a pile of mail on the desk that needs sorting. The tea stall around the corner is where we get our snacks in the evening. We spend hours staring at monitors and checking over technical details. It is not a glamorous place, just a room where we get the work done. The floor is made of old tiles that have a few cracks in them. We don't mind the noise from the hospital much anymore as it has become part of the background of our workday. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for that afternoon.
