Payal Departmental Store

Payal Departmental Store is a neighborhood shop located at Shop No. 22 in Rani Ka Bagh, Amritsar. We are situated right across from Jagat Jyoti School, which is a big landmark for us. Our shop has been part of the 143001 area for a long time. We carry all sorts of items that people need for their homes, including groceries, snacks, and some basic household goods. We also have a fridge for cold drinks and dairy products like milk and curd. The shop is a family-run business, and we are here most of the time. Because we are near the school, we get a lot of students and parents coming in during the day. It can get a bit noisy and busy when school lets out, but we like the life it brings to the street. We don't have any fancy marketing or a polished corporate look. It's just a regular store with shelves that are often packed to the top. We do all the work ourselves, from ordering the stock to arranging it on the shelves. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. We know many of the families in Rani Ka Bagh and we enjoy seeing them every day. It’s just a simple, local store where we try to keep the essentials in stock for everyone. No fuss, just everyday shopping for the neighborhood.
