You can find Pankaj Tools over at House No. New 1537, which used to be Old No. 26. We are in Gali No. 5 in Judge Nagar, right near Jaura Phatak. It is a very local spot, and the streets are quite narrow around here, especially when the carts are out. We have been in this area for a long time, and many people in the neighborhood know where the shop is. We handle tools of all kinds. The shop is full of boxes and metal parts, so it smells a bit like oil and iron when you walk in. It is not a clean or shiny place, but it is where we do our work. We have a lot of people from the neighborhood dropping by to ask for specific items or just to see what we have in stock. Sometimes we have to dig through the back to find what they need. Jaura Phatak is always noisy with the sounds of the city and the railway nearby. We don’t have a website or any fancy marketing. People usually just find us by walking down the gali. The building itself is quite old and has seen better days, but it holds all our stock just fine. We work hard from morning until the evening. Sometimes we sit on stools outside the door to catch a bit of a breeze. It is a simple life and a simple business. We focus on the tools and the people.
