Nuhaar Foundation

Nuhaar Foundation is located at 280 Swiss City, in the Mahal area of Amritsar. It’s a quiet residential spot, which is nice because it keeps the noise down while we’re trying to work. We aren't in a big commercial building; it's more of a home-style setup. This works well for us since we aren't a massive organization. There are usually three or four of us here on any given day. We spend most of our time at our computers or on the phone. Amritsar is a lively city, and being in Swiss City gives us a bit of a break from the main hustle. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some bookshelves filled with old records and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or anything, so we just tidy up after ourselves. It’s a very informal way to run things, but it gets the job done. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice to discuss our plans. Most of the people in the neighborhood know what we do, and we occasionally have locals drop by for a chat. We don't have any big slogans or flashy advertisements. We just focus on the daily tasks that keep the foundation running. It’s honest, steady work and we’re comfortable with how things are going. We’ve been here for a few years and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
