Silver Leaf Appartments

We’ve been at Garden Greens Enclave for a while now. The building is at number 92. It is just a regular place where people live, nothing too fancy or modern. Most of us who work here just try to keep things running. The hallways get cleaned every morning, and we make sure the lights stay on in the common areas. It is a quiet spot for the most part. We aren't a giant property management firm with a shiny downtown office. We're just right here on the ground. People come and go, though some have stayed for many years. Sometimes the front gate squeaks a bit, but we get to it when we can. It’s mostly families and some younger folks living here. We handle the paperwork in the small office near the entrance. If someone has a leak, they tell us, and we find a guy to fix it. That is pretty much how it goes every day. Garden Greens is a nice enough neighborhood, with lots of trees around the perimeter. We like it here. It is not about being the most luxury spot in town, just a place that feels like home for the people who rent from us. We do not do big ads. Usually, people find us by walking past the sign or hearing from a neighbor. It stays pretty full most of the time. We just keep doing what we do, making sure the trash gets picked up and the grass stays trimmed.
