Nanda Sanchit Architect

The office for Nanda Sanchit Architect is located at 42, Holy City Park, right near the Gumtala Bye Pass. It is a convenient spot if you are coming from the main road, though the dust from the bypass can be a bit of a nuisance in the summer months. We have a few drafting tables set up and a couple of old computers that still work well enough for what we do. The walls are covered with some old sketches and a calendar that is usually a few days behind. There is always a smell of coffee in the air because someone is always brewing a fresh pot in the small kitchen area. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking about measurements. It gets pretty loud when the heavy trucks go by on the bypass, but the park area is usually quite peaceful in the early mornings. We don't really have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit worn out, but they are comfortable enough for a short wait. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the blueprints and rolls of paper, it is a bit of a struggle. Most of our day is just sitting here and working through the various stages of whatever project is on the desk. It is a steady way to spend the week.
