Our place is at Plot Number 528 in Islamabad Nagar. We are down Gali Number 6, which is a bit narrow, but you can find it if you look for Veera Mistari or Adarsh Nagar. We are Nakshavi Caterers and Wedding Planners. Most of our work involves food and organizing big events. Amritsar is a city that loves to celebrate, so we are usually on our feet. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. You can always smell something cooking, like spices or fresh bread. We started this because we liked being part of people's big days. It is not a shiny office. It is more of a functional space where we store our big cooking pots, tents, and decorations. There is always someone coming in or out with a crate of vegetables or a stack of chairs. The neighborhood is quite friendly and everyone knows everyone else. We have been here for years, and our neighbors are used to the noise during the wedding season. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the planning, but we manage to keep things organized in our own way. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. We just write things down in our ledgers and talk to our customers face to face. It is a very hands-on kind of life, and we take things one day at a time here in Amritsar.
