R K D Industries is located right on Lawrence Road City. It’s an industrial area, so it gets pretty noisy around here with all the trucks and machines. We’ve been operating out of this same building for years. It isn't a modern office with glass walls; it’s more of a workshop where things actually get made. The floor is usually covered in scraps or oil, and there’s always the sound of something humming in the background. We have a small team of guys who have been with us since the start. We mostly focus on getting orders out on time. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. It's just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our work comes from long-time contacts who know where to find us on Lawrence Road. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute because everyone is usually busy on the floor. It’s a practical place. We don't spend money on stuff we don't need. The office is just a desk with a lot of papers and a phone that rings quite a bit. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It's a simple operation, really. We just try to do right by the people who buy from us and keep things moving.
