Out here at the 6th Mile Stone on Majitha Road, things are a bit different than the city. We are based in Village Nagkalan. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where our main operations happen. The air is a little clearer, and you can see the fields nearby. We have been working from this spot for a long time. The factory floor is where most of the action is, but the office keeps everything organized. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical manufacturing, so there is always a strict schedule to follow. It’s a lot of manual work and checking machines. The staff here mostly comes from the surrounding villages, so we all know each other’s families. It feels like a small community. We don't have fancy corporate lunches; we usually just sit together and eat what we brought from home. The building isn't brand new, and it has some wear and tear, but it’s sturdy and does the job. There’s always a tractor or a truck moving somewhere near the gate. We keep our heads down and focus on making sure the medicine batches are made correctly. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the quality is what it’s supposed to be before the trucks head out to the city for distribution.
