Kohli Ritu Architect

You can find us over at 13, Power Colony, which is right off Majitha Road. The office is run by Ritu, and it’s a bit of a family tradition here since it’s connected to the work of Er. K.D. Kohli. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel offices you see in the city center. We are nestled in the colony, which makes for a much calmer environment to actually get some work done. Majitha Road is usually buzzing, but once you step into Power Colony, things settle down a bit. We spend our time working on various residential and commercial designs. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and making sure the builders understand what we’ve put on the page. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk about how a room should feel or where a wall should go. The space here is filled with old files, new sketches, and probably too many pens. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of this community. People around here know where we are. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around, just a reliable place where you can get a house or a shop planned out properly. It’s a small operation, but we stay pretty busy with the local projects that come our way. We keep it simple and focus on the drawings until the job is done.
