Our business, Insomnia Impex Pvt. Ltd., is over at 17/5 Kennedy Avenue, right near Media Vision. It’s a well-known spot in this area. We’ve been operating out of this building for a few years now. The name sometimes makes people laugh, but it’s just the name we have. Inside, it’s a pretty normal office environment. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few computers that have seen better days. We handle various import and export duties. It involves a lot of waiting for emails and checking on shipping dates. We don’t go for any of those fancy slogans or promotional talk. We just like to keep things real and honest. The team here is small, and we mostly just talk about the work and what we’re having for lunch. Kennedy Avenue is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to get the shipments out on time and make sure the paperwork is sorted. Some days are stressful when things don't go to plan, but we just push through. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it one day at a time without making a big fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various agents and drivers to make sure everything is okay.
