Karta Purkh Battery Industries

Karta Purkh Battery Industries is located over in Freedom Nagar, right on Sant Avenue. It is more of a workshop than a store. We deal with batteries all day long, so there is always the smell of lead and acid around the place. It’s an honest living and we have been at this address for quite some time. The building is simple and doesn't have any big decorations on the outside. We mostly just have our signs and the heavy doors. We spend our hours charging units, checking levels, and moving heavy casings around. It is hard work and our clothes usually get a bit dirty by the end of the shift. Sant Avenue is a decent place to work. It’s not too loud, which lets us focus on what we are doing. We don’t have a front desk person or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the back area working. We just talk to people directly when they show up at the door. We don't believe in making things sound more complicated than they are. A battery either works or it doesn't. We just try to make sure things are handled properly. It’s a small operation here at Freedom Nagar. We know our regulars and we just keep the work moving along every day without any big fuss. Sometimes the floor gets wet from washing down the cases, but we just keep going.
