We are located on Sultanwind Road, which is one of the more active parts of the city. If you know the area, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of trade and repair work. Our shop is right there in the thick of it. We specialize in auto parts and industrial components. The building isn't very new, but it’s sturdy and holds everything we need. Most days, Sultanwind Road is packed with traffic, which can make deliveries a bit slow, but we’ve learned to work around it. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with shelves full of different parts for various vehicles. We don't have a lot of room for a fancy lounge, so most people just stand at the counter and tell us what they need. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stay steady. The staff here are locals who know the auto business inside and out. We don't spend money on big ads or catchy slogans. We just try to have the right parts in stock when someone’s car or machine breaks down. It’s a noisy, busy place, and that’s how we like it. The smell of oil and new rubber is always around. It’s a real working-class environment where we just get on with the job of keeping things moving on the road. People come to us because they know we are usually here and ready to help.
