Being at a chownk means we are right at a major intersection. There is always movement outside our windows—cars, cycles, and people crossing all the time. Our office is a simple one, right on the corner. We don't have any grand signs or fancy furniture. It’s just a workspace where we manage tours and travels for the people who stop in. Most of our work involves sitting at the desk and figuring out the best ways for people to get to their destinations. It can get a bit loud with the traffic at Rattan Singh Chownk, but it keeps us feeling connected to the city. We have a small team here and we mostly just talk to customers like they are our friends. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound overly professional. We are just local people helping other people with their journeys. Maqbool Road is a good place to be, and we have been here for a long time. Sometimes we close up for a bit to grab some lunch from a nearby stall. We handle everything from local trips to longer tours. It’s a straightforward job and we enjoy the daily bustle of the chownk.
