Our business is based at House No. 283 in Sharma Colony. We are located near the Purani Chungi area on Tarn Taran Road. It’s a very busy road with a lot of trucks and cars passing through at all hours. We deal with security cameras and installation services. The office is actually just a part of the house that we’ve converted for work. It’s not a polished showroom with glass cases and bright lights. It’s more of a workshop where we keep our ladders, drills, and boxes of equipment. Sharma Colony is a nice residential area, but it’s right on the edge of the busy main road. We’ve lived here for a long time, so we know the local community well. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who need a camera for their home or small shop. We are a small team, mostly just family and a couple of helpers. We don't like using big words or making fancy promises. We just go to the customer's place, figure out where the cameras should go, and get them installed. It’s a very hands-on job and we often end up working late into the evening. We like the fact that we are a local business helping our neighbors.
