We operate out of a space at 47-A, Lane Number 1 on Lawrence Road. This is in the Dayanand Nagar area of Amritsar. A lot of people know us because we are near the Bijli Pehalwan Ka Akhara, which is a well-known spot around here. J L Khanna & Co is a small, local setup. We have been in this lane for quite a long time. It is a bit tucked away from the main noise of Lawrence Road, which makes it a nice place to work. We don't have any shiny signs or big glass windows. It's just a regular door that leads into our office. Inside, it is mostly just desks and shelves full of old records. We like to keep things simple and honest. There is no corporate talk here. We just handle the daily business as it comes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes sometimes. We know most of the people living and working in Dayanand Nagar. It feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. We take our tea breaks at the same time every day.
