We've been at 64, Bhai Lalo Ji Nagar on G.T Road for a while now. It's a busy spot but we like it here. My father started this because he knew machines inside out. We deal with various industrial equipment every day. People come by looking for specific parts or sometimes just to ask how a certain machine works. It gets dusty with all the traffic outside but that’s just how it is on the main road. We don't have a big fancy office. It's mostly just us working through orders and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes the phone rings all morning and other times it’s quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go but we stay put at our little spot. We handle a lot of heavy stuff, so there's always a bit of grease around the workshop area. Most of our regulars know to just walk in and find us at the back. We try to keep things organized but when a big shipment arrives, the floor gets crowded fast. It's a living, you know? We just keep doing what we do. No two days are exactly the same here. One day we're talking about lathes and the next it's something completely different. It keeps us on our toes and makes the time go by. We don't bother with much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us.
